Intellectual Property

Welcome to Topic Two on intellectual property. Among the issues covered will include a general introduction and definition of intellectual property. We shall look at branches of intellectual property, followed by a discussion of the frameworks governing intellectual property. In addition, we shall discuss industrial property, which will cover trade and service marks, and patents and utility certificates, followed by a discussion of regional and international perspective.
