Matakwa Ya Viwango Na Haccp Kwa Ajili Ya Korosho

Kozi hii inahusu Ngazi ya Kati ya Viwango inayotolewa na TBS. Ni kozi inyolenga kuboresha bidhaa zinazozalishwa kwa ajili ya soko la ndani ya nchi. Moduli hii ni maalum kwa ajili ya wale ambao tayari wameshaanzisha biashara zao ndogo au za kati na wameshaanza kuzalisha bidhaa mbalimbali. Moduli hii inajikita katika bidhaa ya Korosho na inashauriwa kuwa mshiriki awe amekamilisha Kozi ya Msingi juu ya Viwango muhimu vinavyohitajika. Utatakiwa ukamilishe kozi kwa muda wa masaa matatu. Na kwa kuwa kozi hii huendeshwa kwa njia ya mtandao wa intaneti hivyo unatakiwa utumie mtandao wa intaneti angalau kwa saa moja kila siku.

Mada itajadili matakwa ya jumla kiwango cha unga bora wa muhogo, matakwa ya kiwango ya kimuundo, matakwa mahsusi ya kiwango, na Upembuzi wa Athari na Hatua Muhimu za Vikomo vya Udhibiti (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points – HACCP) kwa ajili ya muhogo.
